Miss USA Olivia Culpo's First Duty as Miss Universe Getting Giggy With It

The newly crowned Miss Universe 2012, Miss USA Olivia Culpo, participated in her first photo-op just minutes after receiving the title, and it just so happened to be with our choice of Best Dressed for the night—Real Housewives of Beverly Hills' Giggy!

"As soon as she was crowned, the new Miss Universe wanted to get Giggy with it," the pooch's mama, Lisa Vanderpump, said.

With her new (and blingtastic) Diamond Nexus crown on her head and ear-to-ear smile, Culpo posed in front of the holiday decorated stage with her furry little friend, who wore a fitted tuxedo.
